I created this flow chart to serve as a visual planning guide for an eLearning course aimed at helping employees integrate the use of Google Calendar into their workflows.

Purpose
The purpose of this flow chart is to provide a clear and structured visual roadmap of the course schedule and content delivery. It ensures that all stakeholders have a concise overview of the course components, the flow of instruction, and the pathways through which users will experience the learning activities.

Process and Tools
The development of the flow chart began with the creation of course objectives, followed by breaking down daily activities and assessments into a logical sequence. This process involved mapping out each module’s focus and integrating both instructional content and assessment methods to ensure comprehensive coverage and effective learning progression. Canva was utilized to create this flow chart due to its collaborative features and the ease with which it allows modifications and updates to the visual outline as the course design evolved.
